I don't think I will need the files in a 100 years time. I don't think I will need most of my data now in 100 years. In fact, I don't think I will need them in the next 10 years. YY is more than long enough.

I use YYYY-MM-DD.
Using YYYY-MM-DD is the ISO standard. Also, you can sort the date by just sorting the folder/file name.
It just feels nice you've made someone's life a little bit easier, a hundred years from now.
