It stems from this abuser worldview (on which totalitarian govt is based) that demeans infants and children and sees them as monsters that need civilising, and whose needs are annoying and monstrous to caretakers.
If something has pure and pristine as babies are evil monsters, what does that tell you about the people who like these characters.
